Pada penelitian ini pemodelan analitis sifat medan koersif intrinsik pada material Barium Titanat (BaTiO3)
dilakukan menggunakan model Landau-Kahaltnikov. Pemodelan analitis Barium Titanat dijalankan pada
program berbasis bahasa Pascal menggunakan Delphi 7. Pemodelan dilakukan dengan menggunakan input
variable utama yaitu frekuensi dan arus listrik masukan yang diberikan pada material Barium Titantat (BaTiO3).
Frekuensi input yang digunakan adalah 10 Hz, 20 Hz, 30 Hz, 50 Hz, 80 Hz dan 100 Hz. Dari hasil pemodelan
dengan perubahan frekuensi masukan didapatkan hasil bahwa medan koersif intrinsik Barium Titanat
mengalami kenaikan dengan bertambahnya kenaikan frekuensi arus listrik yang diberikan pada material. Hal
ini dapat dipahami bahwa dengan bertambahnya frekuensi arus input maka pembalikan polarisasi akan semakin
cepat. Pertambahan frekuensi listrik input menyebabkan polarisasi pada material BaTiO3 tidak mengalami
polarisasi maksimum dikarenakan pembalikan polarisasi yang semakin cepat

Mathematical modeling of the intrinsic coercive field properties of Barium Titanate (BaTiO3) material
was carried out using the Landau-Kahaltnikov model. Pascal based program using Delphi 7 was run
to calculate the properties of Barium Titanate. The frequency of electrical current input was used as a
main variable input to the Barium Titantate (BaTiO3) material for the calculation. The value of input
frequencies that used are 10 Hz, 20 Hz, 30 Hz, 50 Hz, 80 Hz and 100 Hz. The result of modeling showed
that Barium Titanate intrinsic coercive field has increased with the increasing of electrical current
frequency that applied to material. It can be understood that the increasing of electrical current
frequency making faster switching polarization. Increasing of electrical current frequency also making
maximum polarization can�t be reach caused by faster switching polarization
